Our staff are also fully supervised and monitored and appraised annually, to ensure that they deliver the best possible care support to you.

We strive to match each service user with the careworker or team of careworkers that best suits them, making the best use of individual careworkers’ skills. Once a good fit is achieved, we endeavour to keep the careworkers with you for as long as you are happy with them.

Because your needs may change with time, we will work with you and your careworker to adapt and develop your support to your requirements.
